Job Purpose:
To scout, source, and engage with qualified doctors across various specialties through direct fieldwork and relationship building, in order to support our growing medical workforce needs.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, medical colleges, and conferences to identify potential doctors.

Build and regularly update a comprehensive doctor database including their qualifications, specializations, experience, availability, and location.

Initiate communication with doctors to share opportunities, gauge interest, and collect relevant documents (CV, certificates, etc.).

Coordinate with internal medical and HR teams to schedule interviews, share profiles, and assist in onboarding.

Maintain long-term relationships with doctors and act as a point of contact for future openings or collaborations.

Work with internal digital tools or platforms (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets) to log and track outreach efforts.

Stay updated with medical trends, doctor availability, and upcoming talent from teaching hospitals.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Life Sciences, Healthcare, or HR).

4-7 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or sales/business development in a medical domain.

Familiarity with medical specializations, degrees (MBBS, MD, etc.), and healthcare setups.

Strong networking, communication, and field coordination skills.

Comfortable with extensive local travel.
Preferred Skills:

Exposure to hiring for hospitals, diagnostic chains, or healthcare startups.

Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Proficiency in local language(s) for regional outreach.
