Yogita Shah brings 22+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, shaped by a passion for connecting people to purpose. She began her career in 2003 at a leading executive search firm in Mumbai, where she developed a strong instinct for talent and leadership hiring.
In 2007, she launched Career Graph with a clear vision to offer recruitment solutions that go beyond resumes and job descriptions. During this period, she has been closely working with top clientele across industry verticals and has been instrumental in sourcing many leaders across various sectors.
