About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Support Representative to help drive operational efficiency and ensure a smooth experience across the full-cycle sales process. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales Representatives, office staff, and internal departments to coordinate scheduling, manage documentation, and deliver accurate, timely support for sales activities across various solar markets in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate appointment schedules across departments for Sales Representatives.
     

  • Manage real-time creation of installation agreements.
     

  • Ensure clear, proactive communication across sales teams and markets.
     

  • Act as a liaison between sales reps and office staff using email and instant messaging platforms.
     

Proposal & Market Support

  • Review and proofread solar proposals to ensure accuracy and professionalism in customer presentations.
     

  • Research and stay updated on renewable energy and net metering programs in Texas.
     

  • Understand and apply technical solar concepts to support the sales process.
     

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
     

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
     

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn technical information.
     

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially via chat and email.
     

  • Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm Central Time
